Sacred Heart Parish Office Administrator - Now Hiring

PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Sacred Heart Parish is looking for a competent office administrator and
bookkeeper to perform various clerical tasks as well as
maintain the church accounting records.


Duties would include:
- Processing the mail, communicating with families for
various functions, answering the phone and other
general supportive activities required by our Priest.
- Overlook the volunteer screening program.
- Data entry into our accounting system, cheque
preparation, deposits and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks would be an asset as well
as other software programs such as MS Office.
